THE RECIPE OF CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

The list of the ingredients of the dish are not that long and you can easily get them from any grocery store or even from your own pantry. You will need the following items:
- Boneless chicken. washed and cut into cubes.
- One tablespoon corn flour.
- One tablespoon all-purpose flour.
- One egg. Beat it well.
- ¼ cup cooking oil.
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger. It shall be crushed.
- ¼ teaspoon crushed green peppercorns.
- ¼ teaspoon garlic. Crush the garlic.
- ¼ teaspoon green chili. it shall be chopped.
- One handful chopped cilantro.
- One cup of chicken broth.
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce.
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
- Salt to the taste.
- ¼ teaspoon sugar.
- 1half cup of water.
- Spring onions. Chopped. It is used for garnishing purpose.
- White plain rice or noodles.

How to make chicken Manchurian [Step By Step]
Now I will guide you step by step to make this delicious Chinese recipe. Do not miss out any of the following steps:
Take a bowl and add corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper. Add the beaten egg. Mix all these ingredients well and prepare a batter.
Mix the boneless chicken cubes in the batter and properly coat all of them.
When you are done with the first step, then add oil in a pan and heat it over medium flame. When the oil is hot, put the coated chicken cubes in the oil and deep fry till the color of the chicken cubes turns golden brown. When it is done, remove out the chicken cubes and keep them aside.
In the third step, you have to prepare the Manchurian sauce. This is also something very easy to make. Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add the crushed garlic and ginger in it. Fry it till the color of the garlic and ginger turn slightly brown in color. At this moment, add the green chilies and cilantro leaves. Cook them all for about a minute.
In the last step, make the heat of the above Manchurian sauce low and add in the chicken broth, soya sauce, salt, sugar, and the crushed pepper. Cook the mixture for about five minutes. When you are done with it, add the corn flour.

In the final step, place the chicken cubes into the Manchurian sauce. Bring the flame to the medium-low and cook the dish for about five more minutes.
After doing all these steps, your Chicken Manchurian is ready to be served. Put it in a bowl, and garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with hot plain white rice or noodles.
