- Cocoa powder 6 tablespoons
- Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 cup + 2 tablespoon
- Oil ½ cup
- Vanilla essence
- Vinegar 2 tablespoon
- Water 1 cup
Refined flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a pot and sieve it. Now blend sugar, Oil, Vanilla vinegar and water in a blender. Pour half of the blended mixture in your flour, and fold it in one direction. After giving it a good folding add the remaining blended mixture and fold and mix. Now pour the mixture into the cake baking pot. Bake at 170C in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

- Caster sugar 150g
- Glucose 150g
- Water 75g
- Condensed milk 100g
- Chocolate 150g
- Gelatin 10g
Add some water, caster sugar, glucose syrup in a pot and boil it. The temperature must reach 103C. Mix it well. Now in a cup add some condensed milk and pour that boiled syrup. Add chocolate in that hot mixture and mix it well so there is no lump. Now add gelation to the mixture and again mix it well with the rest of the mixture. Chill it for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Now you can use your glaze with condensed milk to pour it on cake sponge and make a perfect chocolate mirror glaze cake.
Chocolate Mirror Glaze Using Gelatin Powder
- Granulated Sugar 1 cup
- ½ cup
- Cocoa powder ¼ cup
- Gelatin 2- ½ teaspoon
Put your pot on the stove. Make sure your pot is cold. Add sugar, water, whipping cream and cocoa powder to your pot. Now turn on your stove and mix and fold everything. You will feel your mixture thinning up, so let it heat up on the stove for 15-20 minutes. Now start stammering up to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. When you see bubbling turn off the stove and let it rest for 2-5 minutes. Now mix your gelatin with water. When gelatin observes the water, mix it with the rest of the mixture. Gelatin will give thickness and shininess. Let the glaze cool down at room temperature. Now your glaze is ready to pour on the cake sponge and your cake will look beautiful.

- Dark Chocolate 200g
Break and put the chocolate in a mug/pot. Put the mug/pot in the microwave to melt down the chocolate. With same time boil water. After 3-5 minutes take out your chocolate from the microwave which should be melted down and some boiled water to your chocolate. Mix it well with chocolate. The mixture should not be very thick or very thin. It should be perfect to pour on cake. Now let the chocolate cool down to the room temperature. After cooling down to the room temperature now you can pour it on your cake sponge and enjoy its beauty.

- Gelatin sheets 15g
- Dark chocolate (rich with cocoa powder) 45g
- Water 110g
- Heavy cream 65g
- Cocoa powder 65g
- Granulated sugar 210g
Add water to the gelatin sheets and let it soak in it for 10 minutes. Place pan on the stove and set the heat. Add in the water, sugar, cocoa powder and heavy cream. Stir occasionally and wait till it boils. Once the mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate. Now add gelatin into the pan. Stir until it has dissolved.
