What is the most tiresome thing to do after a long day at work? I’m sure your answer will be same as mine, making dinner. Whenever I come back from work I wish that there would a magic wound and by just saying a few words a delicious meal would have ready.
These are all fantasies and only happens in movies and novel. Real Life is not so magical as we imagine but we sure can make it easy, and what is more useful and wonderful than an easy meal.
Today we will discuss a recipe of pizza, which is so simple and easy that a child can make. [we do not recommend for a child to cook without the supervision of an adult]
So what’s the wait, let dig into the tasty pizza which we will make with following ingredients and instruction. Make to stick till the end, try it and share it with your friends and family.
- 2 tsp rapid rise yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 11/4 cup warm water
- 3-4 tsp oil
- Salt for taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder, optional
- Dry Italian herbs, optional
- 21/2 – 3 cups plain flour.

- 4-5 tomatoes
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- ½ onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Few basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper (or chili powder)
- Sugar for taste.
- Colourfull sweet peppers
- Tomato, cut into slices
- Olives and cheese
Direction for Dough
First of all put 2 tsp rise yeast in the bowl, add warm water and mix it, let the yeast bloom. When the yeast becomes bloom nicely add 3-4 tsp oil, salt is for taste, garlic powder if desired, Italian herbs, you can also use fresh herbs. Max thoroughly.
Now add plain flour. Maxing the dough by machine it will take up to 6-8 minutes and by hand, it will take more the 10 minutes. Your choice
After mixing it, coat dough with oil, so the dough won’t be sticky. Let it rest for 30 minutes to get double or triple in volume.
When the dough is resting let’s go to prepare the sauce.
Direction for Sauce
The vegetable which is used to prepare the sauce, such ingredient make 2 cups of sauce.
First, we are going to boil all these vegetable in pressure cooker without basil leaves. Add water and also salt for taste in the pressure cooker. Turn on the stow on medium-high heat. After a few minutes remove pressure cooker. If you want to remove the skin from potato and bell pepper you can do so before you blander. Take out vegetable from pressure cooker to blander. Blander for a few minutes. After a few minutes put out sauce into a bowel.
Now a couple of two more ingredients to this sauce, pepper(or chili powder) and sugar for taste. Max it very well and at the end also add basil leaves.
Your sauce is ready for use.
More then half in hours check the dough.
Bring down the dough in the play wood surface cut the dough that makes one large and one small pizza.
Give heat to oven up to 375F to become ready after a few minutes.
Spread the dough on the pizza bowl. Then spread the sauce on the surface of the flat dough, then some cheese, some vegetable. Again add more cheese on the top.
One thinks more press the topping ingredient a little in the dough.
Your oven is ready and also pizza is ready, let it into the oven up to 375F.
Get pizza back after 20 minutes or until you see the bottom of the pizza become golden brown.
