Recipe of Grilled Bluefin Tuna:
- Orange juice1/4 cup
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice2 tablespoons
- Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup
- 1 clove garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh oregano1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper
- 4 (4 ounces) tuna steaks
Marinate Bluefin Tuna:
Chop some fresh parsley and some fresh oregano. Minced one clove of garlic. In a bowl add orange juice, Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, half of the spoon ground black pepper. Add parsley and the oregano and minced garlic. Stir all the ingredients together. Now put your Bluefin tuna in the marinade. Turn the Bluefin tuna so both sides of Bluefin tuna coated with marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrapper and place it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Grilled Bluefin Tuna:
Preheated the grill on high heat and nicely oiled the grill grid. Place the Bluefin tuna steaks on the grill and cook them for five to six minutes. Turn the steaks and baste it with the marinade and cook it for another five to six minutes or cook it to your liking. Now you grilled Bluefin tuna is ready to eat. Enjoy
Cook Bluefin tuna in Pan:
Preheat the cooking pan. Apply some cooking oil to the pain or apply some non-sticking spray. Applying oil to the cooking pan will prevent the Bluefin tuna steaks from sticking to the bottom. You put your Bluefin tuna steak in the pan and cook it for five to six minutes. Turn you Bluefin steak to cook it evenly on both sides. Put some butter for taste on the tuna steak. After cook according to your liking put down the fish steak from the pan. Let it rest for a bit. Now Your steak is ready to eat. Enjoy.

Get a nice piece of Bluefin tuna and sear it with salt and black pepper. Get a cooking pan and preheated it for tuna. Apply some extra virgin olive oil to the cooking pan and put your Bluefin tuna in the cooking pan. Get all the sides of Bluefin tuna steak evenly golden brown. When all the sides of tuna steak turn golden brown, put it in the oven for about 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes take out your Bluefin tuna steak and put in again on the stove. Add a little bit of lemon juice and a nice pad of butter. Add some fresh chopped parsley and other herbs that you like. Your Bluefin tuna is ready to eat. Put your tuna on the plate and enjoy beautifully cooked Bluefin tuna.
