This is Mango Mirror Glaze recipe, inspire from chocolate mirror glaze. The foundation for this recipe “Mango Mirror Glaze” is the same as chocolate mirror glaze but insist on using chocolate for glazing, we will use mangos.

Recipe for Mango Mirror Glaze

Ingredients for Mango Mirror Glaze
- Gelatin 3 sheets (5 grams)
- Water 50 grams’
- Mango puree 150 grams’
- Fine sugar 120 grams’
- Honey 3 tablespoon
First of all, take a blender and blend your mango. Try to blend it very well. We are using mango because our recipe is for Mango Mirror Glaze, but you can use any fruit you like.
Take a bowl and a strainer and filter all your mango juice which you blended through a strainer in a bowl. By filter mango, all the unnecessary veins (Mango veins) are extracted from it and you will get a fine and clean mango juice for making a glaze. If your mango juice is thick and hard to pass through the strainer, then use a spoon. With the help of a spoon, it will be easy.
Now it’s time for gelatin to soak in water. Soak 3 sheets of gelatin in cold water and set aside for use later.
Turn on your stove. Take some water in a pot. Mix your mango juice in water. Stir it and mix it well. Now add some fine sugar and 3 spoons of honey.
Put the pot on the stove and cook it till boils. When you put everything on the stove, try to stir it.
When your mango mix is a boil, take it off the stove and give it a good mix. Now it is time to add gelatin to it. Take out your gelatin from water and give it a good squeeze in hand to remove water. Add gelatin to hot mango mix. Mix the gelatin with mango mix while it is hot. Use a spoon for it. Stir it until the gelatin is fully dissolved in it.
Your Mango Mirror Glaze is ready to use. Take your cake sponge and put it on a surface. Pour the Mango Mirror Glaze on it. Cover every inch of cake sponge with Mango Mirror Glaze. Keep your cake in the refrigerator to cool down. Once your cake is cold. It is ready to eat. Happy Eating.
