SUSHI RICE
 2 cups White rice or sushi rice (cooked)
 Vinegar
 Sugar
 Salt
SUSHI ROLLS
 1 Avocado (cut the avocado into the half. Remove the seed and peel the skin)
 5 Nori sheets
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 4 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce
 Optional (add veggies: cucumbers, carrots etc.)
SUSHI RICE

Rinse the rice in cold water to remove the dirt

Place the rice into 3 cups of water in a saucepan and cover it with a fitting lid.

Boiled the rice in water with medium heat over 3 minutes then reduce the heat to low and boiled it over 15 minutes with a tight lid.

Remove the lid the water is no longer visible.

Sprinkle the rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt. (until the rice reaches the body temperature

Keep the rice covered with damp paper until the rice is ready to use.

SUSHI ROLLS

Take a sushi roller.

Take nori sheet shiny side down on the sushi roller and apply the rice.

Add 2-3 pieces of avocado and veggies (optional) in half or one inch.

Roll the Nori sheet and cut in pieces in line (there will be line visible on Nori sheet).

Top it with sesame seeds and enjoy with gluten-free soy sauce.
