 150 g Caster Sugar
 150 g Glucose
 75 g Water
 100 g Condensed Milk
 150 g Chocolate
 10 g Gelatin

Add some water, caster sugar, glucose syrup in a pot and boil it.

The temperature must reach 103C. Mix it well.

Mix it well. Now in a cup add some condensed milk and pour that boiled syrup.

Add chocolate in that hot mixture and mix it well so there is no lump.

Now add gelatin to the mixture and again mix it well with the rest of the mixture.

Chill it for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Now you can use your glaze with condensed milk to pour it on cake sponge and make a perfect chocolate mirror glaze cake.
