 15 g Gelatin sheets
 45 g Dark chocolate (rich with cocoa powder)
 110 g Water
 65 g Heavy cream
 65 g Cocoa powder
 210 g Granulated sugar

Add water to the gelatin sheets and let it soak in it for 10 minutes. Place pan on the stove and set the heat.

Add in the water, sugar, cocoa powder and heavy cream.

Stir occasionally and wait till it boils. Once the mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate. Now add gelatin into the pan.

Stir until it has dissolved. Make sure the glaze’s temperature isn’t too hot (or too cold before pouring. Now pour your glaze on the cake sponge.

You will get a beautiful and gorgeous looking chocolate mirror glaze cake.
