Chocolate Mirror Glaze Using Gelatin Powder

 1 cup Granulated Sugar
 Whipping
 ½ cup Water
 Cream
 ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
 2 ½ tsp Gelatin

Put your pot on the stove. Make sure your pot is cold. Add sugar, water, whipping cream and cocoa powder to your pot.

Now turn on your stove and mix and fold everything. You will feel your mixture thinning up, so let it heat up on the stove for 15-20 minutes.

Now start stammering up to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. When you see bubbling turn off the stove and let it rest for 2-5 minutes. Now mix your gelatin with water.

When gelatin observes the water, mix it with the rest of the mixture. Gelatin will give thickness and shininess.

Let the glaze cool down at room temperature. Now your glaze is ready to pour
