 1 cane Sweetened Condensed Milk
 26 oz White Chocolate
 Cocoa Powder (cocoa butter)
 Water
 Sugar (300 g)
 15 Gelatin Sheets
 1 tbsp Any food color

First of all, make sure you are having all the ingredients before starting.

Take a skillet, add almost 1 cup of water, condensed milk and sugar in it. Let the water boil for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Take 7-8 cups of water and bloom the gelatin sheets for 5 minutes.
At that point wring the gelatin sheets of excess water and blend into sugar mixture.

Mix all ingredients well and pour the mixture over the chocolate.

Wait for at least 3-4 minutes to let the chocolate soften and moist.

For the next step, you need to be a little careful. Take an electric blender, and start mixing chocolate and sugar mixture.
