2 tbsp Yeast or Baking Powder
 2 cups Flour
 Sugar
 Butter
 Water to make the mixture
 45 tbsp Milk
¼ tbsp Salt ( Or according to your taste)
 Eggs (optional)
 Vegetables oil for deep frying
1

Take a bowl. Add plain flour, powdered sugar, powder yeast and salt in it. Don't forget to strain the flour.

2

Add 4-5 tablespoons of milk and lukewarm water in the mixture gradually.

3

Start mixing all the ingredients by using your hand until it is well blended.

4

Your mixture should neither hard nor watery. I have mentioned eggs in the ingredients list, it's optional. If you wanna add, you can add 1 egg in this batter and mix it very well.

5

Cover the bowl with a plastic sheet and wait for 45 minutes.

6

Right after 45 minutes, the batter must be risen up in quantity. It ought to have some bubbles too.

7

Take a deep frying pan and pour vegetable oil in it.
Wait for 5 minutes and make sure the oil is hot enough. Put a drop of the mixture into the oil to check it.

8

If the oil is hot, your batter will start sizzling otherwise it will go directly into the bottom of the pot.

9

After checking the oil, scoop some batter into the oil. I recommend, do this step with your hand instead of using any spoon to get a perfect spherical shaped Puff-Puff.

10

You can scoop at least 7-8 Puff-Puff in the oil according to the capacity of the pot.

11

Turn the side of the puff puff when its color becomes golden brown.

12

Wait until your puff puff turns into light brownish spherical balls.

13

Take a paper towel, spread it in a large tray or plate to get rid of excess oil. Place your puff puff in it.

14

Repeat the process by adding the batter in the oil, deep fry on low flame, place your puff-puff in a sieve.

15

Your puff puff is absolutely ready to be served as a side dish or sweet dish.
