MAKE DOUGH FOR PARATHA:
First of all, make dough for paratha. For making paratha dough take some whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and enough water to make a smooth and soft dough. Knead well the dough, add one tablespoon of oil.

Now knead the dough with oil and cover the dough with a plastic dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. The dough will become soft. Now it is ready to use to make parathas.

MAKING PANEER PARATHA:
First of all, take a bowl and shredded paneer into it and add chopped green chili and curry leaves, salt Amchur powder. Add any kind of spices to it you prefer. Now make the Paneer into dumplings. Take some dough into your hands and flattened it.

Take the paneer dumplings and place it on the dough. Now cover the dough shaping it into a dumpling and seal the paneer well in the dough. Dust the table with flour and roll your dough dumpling into a thin layer of paratha by flattening the dough.
Heat you girdle and apply some oil or butter. You can cook with or out oil or butter. It all depends on your taste.

Place your paratha on the heated griddle and cook on both sides until the color becomes golden brown or when you feel your paratha is cooked. Your Paneer paratha is ready to eat. You can eat it with tomato sauce or any other type of sauce. Happy Eating.
