 1 kg Chicken
 2 tbsp Pepper Corns
 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
 Cinnamon stick
 Garlic Cloves
 Dry Red Chilies
 Ginger (Chopped)
 Garlic (Chopped)
 250 Onions
 Green chilies
 Turmeric powder
 Oil
 Salt to taste

GROUNDING BLACK PEPPER
First of all, take black pepper and cumin seeds in a blender and ground them. The reason for grounding fresh black pepper and cumin seeds is that they have a lot of flavors when freshly ground.

MAKING PEPPER CHICKEN
Put a cooking pan on the stove and add some oil, and heat the oil. Once the oil and hot, add a cinnamon stick. Cloves, red chilies, add some chopped ginger, chopped garlic as well and give everything a good stir. After 1-2 minutes of stirring add chopped onions

Add some salt (taste prefer). Sauté onion until its color become beautiful golden brown. When the onion is nicely browned, add turmeric powder, some green chilies, and add that freshly ground black pepper. Give a good stir to everything and mix everything nicely.

After mixing everything now it’s time to add chicken to the mixture of spices. Mix the chicken well with onions and black pepper. Roast the chicken on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
