 2 lbs Balls of Pizza Dough
 2 cups Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 Sliced Pepperoni
 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella

You will need two balls of dough. Now take a heavy-duty baking pan and stack both balls of pizza dough on the top each other in the baking pan. Push both balls of dough and stretch out to fit the inside of your pizza pan. Press it evenly in your baking pan

Now take some plastic wrap and wrap the pizza dough in the baking pan and let it rest for some time. After half an hour to one hour try again to stretch the dough in the baking pan to the edges.

The most important part in baking Pizza is to make the dough right, After all, it is Sicilian pizza and its all about thickness and crust of the pizza.
The oven should be preheated 450F.

Take some pizza sauce and smear a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly all over the pizza. Now put the pizza in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes in the oven, take out the pizza and spread some more pizza sauce evenly on the top of the pizza.

Now take some mozzarella and spread it on the top of the pizza as you like. Put some sliced pepperoni on the top of the pizza, Sprinkle some oregano on the top of the pizza.
Put the pizza back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until the chasse melted and the crust should be perfectly golden brown and crispy.

After the Sicilian pizza is baked perfectly let it cool down for a bit. Now cut some beautiful slice and dig into your perfectly baked pizza.
