Making Sponge for chocolate Mirror Glaze Cake

 5 ½ cups Flour
 6 tbsp Cocoa powder
 1 tbsp Baking Soda
 5 ½ cups Sugar
 ½ cup Oil
 Vanilla essence
 1 tbsp Vinegar
 1 cup Water

Refined flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a pot and sieve it

Now blend sugar, Oil, Vanilla vinegar and water in a blender.

Pour half of the blended mixture in your flour, and fold it in one direction.

After giving it a good folding add the remaining blended mixture and fold and mix.

Now pour the mixture into the cake baking pot. Bake at 170C in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Take out the cake sponge and let it cool down. After cooling it down, wrap it in a plastic wrapper and put it in the refrigerator to make it ice cold to use for mirror glazing.
