 150 g Potatoes
 Carrots
 Capsicum
 Cabbage
 Green peas
 Cilantro

 Corn flakes
 Red chili powder

First of all, put a pot on the stove. Add some water to it and boil potatoes. Finely chopped some carrots, green chilies, and cabbage.

Now take a bowl and mash the potatoes in it. Add cabbage to mashed potatoes, chopped carrots, capsicum, green peas, cilantro leaves, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients very well with each other. Try to mix it evenly and properly. Take around 2 tablespoons of veggie mix in your hand and try to make a rectangular shape with the help of your hands and fingers. When you give it shape like a nugget, put it in a plate and make another one using the same method.

Take another bowl and add cornflour with water to it. Mix the cornflour with water and make a thin paste. Put the corn flakes in a bowl.

Now dip the veggie nugget into the dissolved corn syrup and then coat it with corn flakes powder. Repeat the same process for all the veggie nuggets. After you coated all the mix veggie nuggets with cornflour powder, put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Put a cooking pan on the stove. Add some oil and heat it. Make sure it heated and ready for deep fry. Now Drop veggie rectangular into the hot oil and deep fry them for 1 minute. Now flip them on another side and again deep fry them for another 2-3 minutes or until they golden brown. Take out the veggie nuggets and place them on a tissue papered plate.

That is it. Your tasty, healthy veggie nuggets are ready to eat. Give them to your children and also have a bite for yourself. Happy Eating.
