How To Make Tuna Kebab

According to the national fisheries institute, tuna ranked as the second most popular seafood in the United States. The meat of the tuna fish is often sold frozen, fresh or canned. Widely available at most grocery stores and supermarket.
Although many people think of tuna is a last resort dinner option when the fridge is starting to get empty, it can be so much more than that.
You can easily use tuna canned to make a tasty and delicious tuna fish kabab, tuna fish sandwich or tuna fish salad. Apparently, Tuna is also a popular ingredient in sushi roll pasta dishes, soups and of course tuna fish casserole.
Tuna kabab recipe is a simple recipe which you can make with the simple ingredient which are almost available in every kitchen.

Tuna Kabab Recipe
- 185 g tuna cane, which drained weight is 140 g
- 1 small or medium potato
- 2 green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 small onion
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ turmeric
- ¼ nutmeg
- 1 cornstarch big tsp
- 1 egg
- Ginger garlic
- Red chili to taste
Steam potato until soft, after soften put the potato in a bowl and broke it into small pieces, Put ½ tsp cumin in it, also add ½ tsp coriander, 1 and half tsp black pepper , ½ tsp gharam masala , red chili to taste, ¼ turmeric, ¼ nutmeg, green onion cut it into small pieces, cilantro, green chili to taste, ginger garlic, onion. Mix this ingredient thoroughly in the bowl. After that max tuna in the bowel and salt for taste also add 1 big tsp of cornstarch.
Take the egg and remove the white in a separate bowl, add egg yolk in the ingredient. Mix all the ingredient thoroughly. Shape it, up to 6 or 7 patties.
Put frypan in fire and put oil in it, to cover the surface of the frypan. Apply the white of an egg to these patties and then fry it into oil, fry on medium heat.
For extra crispiness, you can also use bread crumbs. Your choice, but if u apply bread crumbs then let it for 5 minutes to set before fry.
