Veggie nuggets are healthy and children friendly snacks. Nowadays children eat fast food, and junk food. Children like to eat fry thing. If you give a child a veggie/vegetable, they will throw it away. There a lot of un healthy foods now days that you cannot give it to children.
This is the reason for the poor health and different kinds of disease. So we bring you a healthy recipe. It is a recipe of nuggets which made frim veggies. Your Children will love it. It has all the necessary nutrition and vitamins required for a child heath.
Nuggets are usually made from chicken meat or fish meat. But it is not very healthy. Veggie nuggets are full of vitamins so your children can have it as much as like. Let me tell you something, once your child eats veggie nuggets. They will not eat anything else but veggie nuggets.
Recipe For Homemade Veggie Nuggets
veggie nuggets are easy to make and quick to serve. You can make veggie nuggets with simple home ingredients. You do not need any type of special tools to make veggie nuggets. Our recipe for veggie nuggets is easy and simple. Let’s make veggie nuggets.
- Potatoes 150gm
- Green peas
- Green Chili
- Ginger garlic Paste
- Corn flour
- Corn flakes
- Red chili powder
First of all, put a pot on the stove. Add some water to it and boil potatoes. Finely chopped some carrots, green chilies, and cabbage.
Now take a bowl and mashed the potatoes in it. Add cabbage to mashed potatoes, chopped carrots, capsicum, green peas, cilantro leaves, green chili, Ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients very well with each other. Try to mix it evenly and properly. Take around 2 table spoons of veggie mix in your hand and try to make a rectangular shape with the help of your hands and fingers. When you give it shape like a nugget, put it in a plate and make another one using the same method.
Take another bowl and add corn flour with water to it. Mix the corn flour with water and make a thin paste. Put the corn flakes in a bowl.
Now dip the veggie nugget in to the dissolved corn syrup and then coat it with corn flakes powder. Repeat the same process for all the veggie nuggets. After you coated all the mix veggie nuggets with corn flour powder, put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Put a cooking pan on the stove. Add some oil and heat it. Make sure it heated and ready for deep fry. Now Drop veggie rectangular in to the hot oil and deep fry them for 1 minute. Now flip them on another side and again deep fry them for another 2-3 minutes or until they golden brown. Take out the veggie nuggets and place it on a tissue papered plate.
That is, it. Your tasty, healthy veggie nuggets are ready to eat. Give them to your children and also have a bite for yourself. Happy Eating.
